The first step toward understanding your body’s unique story. This is a one-on-one session designed to understand your body, movement history, and current needs. Creating strategies for future goals and beginning your practice to move with ease and intention.
$99 Introductory Assessment
Dedicated to small groups of only 3-4 clients.
Fundamentals
As a requirement all new students will need to practice 3 times with us before placement into other levels (if appropriate). This is the foundation to your journey in movement and finding ease. Building the blocks of your bodies needs.
Reformer
For the student looking at a continuation of their fundamental lessons. Ideal for new and long term clients to continue their practice in the studio. Guidance and recommendations is always provided. Once mind, breath and body connect these lessons can advance you into our other lessons.
Mat & Tower
An opportunity to experience mat and tower based pilates with a solid and stable foundation in movement, awareness of your body and connecting with your breath.
Men’s Lessons
For the guys who want to bring their friends to classes together.
This class allows the reduce frustration of cues that don’t align with your physical sensations as well as guide you in ways relevant to your your sports experience.
